Thank you for clicking on my page. I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who specializes in women’s fitness and weight-loss. Not to mention, I am a mama of one! I gave birth not too long ago and I’m back in the gym!
I have been strength training since for a long time, but didn’t really start getting into weightlifting around 2018. Not too long did I want to take weightlifting more seriously, so I really dove into getting better at squatting, deadlifting, and benching. I began to learn more and more and incorporated accessory work. From there I sprinkled in nutrition and actually tracked protein and that’s where I finally saw changes with my body composition.
With my history in mind, my mission is to help you navigate your fitness and health journey throughout this confusing world by taking the guesswork out of your workouts and diet. I don’t want you to take as long as I did, nor make the same mistakes as I did. Instead, we’ll build a strategy tailored to you to get you to your end goals!

Outside of fitness and photography, some other things or activities I enjoy are gaming (I’m mainly a PC person), anime (my favorite show right now is Jujutsu Kaisen), and going for walks. Also I am a huge dog lover.
When it comes to fitness, I enjoy lifting weights, hiking, and running fun 5k events like a mud run or color run! Otherwise, you may see me somewhere in the kitchen making some kind of nutritious yet tasty meal. I believe it is important to take time to invest in yourself through proper exercise and nutrients, and would love the opportunity to show you how.
